- Define, implement and execute the business development for strategic partnership
- Perform the strategic, tactical, and support functions in recruiting partners with certain target number
- Responsible in building and overseeing the development and growth of profitable new business
- Manage relationships with partners and vendors to build the brand and the business
- Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships
- Build the organizational network by through targeted outreach and strong project planning
- Develop materials needed to recruit partners
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience, preferably in partnership, merchant acquisition and retention, or relationship management
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and planning skills, ability to multi-task in fast paces environment with minimal direction
- Good communication and presentation skills, both in Bahasa or English
- Detail oriented team player with good planning and excellent problem-solving skills
- Have the experience in working in health or hospitality industry
- Min. bachelor's degree (any major)

Job Description
- Provide technical leadership in developing mobile applications and backend solutions for our products to meet business requirements
- Manage teams of software engineers; assign and review allocated development tasks, develop and enforce development standards by performing code reviews for developments done
- Ensure the team meets overall development goals in accordance with the product development plan or market requirements and ensure milestones are met
- Lead end to end product development, determine optimal solutions to product goals and plan system/architecture design to align with product roadmaps
- Provide support and maintenance of deployed products and solutions
- Become a partner to Business Teams on developing the fittest products for customers
- Provide mentoring and coaching to the engineering team, bringing out the best in every engineer
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant software engineering, software architect, or software development, also a minimum of 2 years of leading and monitoring an engineering team
- Well versed with Agile methodologies, TDD and Test Engineering, and Automation
- Ability to plan, prioritize, estimate and execute releases with a good degree of predictability
- Still hands-on and enjoys writing code every day preferably with experience in Hybrid Mobile Development, Database Management and Server Side Development
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
